If you combine Tcl and C you will one day want to pass lists between these two worlds. This example package contains two programs:
listin.tcl / dolistin.c: Passing a list into a Tcl script from the C side.
listinout.tcl / dolistinout.c : Passing a list from Tcl to C and getting one back.
To build the two programs, you will need (X)MkTclApp (you find infos and examples here). If not already done, Borland users will have to create appropriate .LIB files for the Tcl and TK DLLs as outlined here.
For an overview over all examples provided see here.
Let's see, how many users are interested in this topic. You are visitor 3625 since Dec. 4, 2000.
Things change fast these days. Want to be informed if changes had been necessary (bugs discovered, new version of ...) or additional material is available (e.g. not only C & Tcl, but also VCL & Tcl) ?
Version info: All examples (if applicable) are based on Tcl/TK 8.3.2, Borland C++ 5.5 (or C++ Builder 5) and MkTclApp 3.9.
